Biography
Richard’s career spanning more than 39 years as a registered architect has largely focused on educational facilities, although his versatility has allowed him to provide architectural services for other institutional clients such as municipal buildings, public libraries and country club facilities. He is a graduate of Carnegie Mellon University and holds architectural registrations in Pennsylvania, Ohio, and West Virginia.
Richard possesses a comprehensive knowledge of the Pennsylvania Department of Education system and the PlanCon process used by the state to track construction projects. This assures our K-12 clients that they will have the support they need to easily and efficiently complete successful projects and receive the proper state funded reimbursements.
Richard’s expertise from initial planning of a project through completion of construction has provided many exceptional projects that have generated numerous repeat client commissions. His hands on involvement provides our clients with a seamless approach, coordinating various staff members and consultants as a project team to complete projects.
